I had so much fun wandering around Boston with John and Dom. I learned a great deal about urban planning, and we also re-hashed three seasons of Broad City. On their wedding day I’ll refrain from talking about the new season released just prior. Anyways, thank you John and Dom for a great evening. Can’t […]

In March, I had the wonderful opportunity to work with mcgarrybowen on a Jeweler’s Mutual ad campaign in Austin. The shoot was just like an engagement session . . . that lasted two days and involved 10 people : ) The couples were patient and delightful to work with. I loved collaborating with creative director Nako Okubo, and I […]
If Laura and Dustin lived in Boston we probably would have rescheduled their engagement session. The snow, rain and strong winds seemed inconvenient, but we were going to make it work. They both did a great job suggesting ideas and elevating the session beyond what I could have offered on my own. I’m really happy for these two and feel […]
Planning for engagement sessions usually starts with a list of locations that act as a guideline. Kristina and Ethan didn’t just list, they sketched. I knew immediately they would be fun to work with. And even though the rain changed plans, in the end I think it ended up being better than boring, old sunshine.
