On March 19, 2009 Courtney left this comment on my blog: “I’m not getting married yet, I’m not engaged, I’m not even in a relationship; but I would like to book you now for my wedding…whenever it will be.” A few years later Courtney met Matt and everything started coming together. Earlier this month they got married at the Viewpoint Hotel in York (one of my favorite places on earth), and I was there. Not only was it novel to work with someone 9 years after they declared their wish, but being around Courtney and Matt was extremely special. They made me feel like part of the crew. Working with these two was an honor. Well worth the wait!
