I’ve been doing this long enough that I’m watching babies grow up into students. When I first met Anna she was small. The next time she was a little bigger. And now she’s someone’s classmate and walking to school. She’s doesn’t walk alone, but she’s confident enough to lead the way. Anna has some pretty awesome parents, and I’m always excited when they ask me to come back. Brenna, Anna’s mom, is an extremely talented and hilarious writer (and photographer!). I’ve been reading her blog for moms for years as a childless man. I’m looking forward to going back and reading her thoughts from the beginning when our baby arrives. You can read her thoughts on Anna’s entry into kindergarten and see some more photos from that morning here.

Sara De Trolio - If I didn’t know better I’d say Anna was running away from home. I love the pic, especially how everything is a green and then there is Anna – bright bold pink- just like her personality.October 2, 2013 – 12:34 am
